Store Policy

When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed address. Please contact us before placing an order if you need your need your package ship elsewhere.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS.

Return/Exchanges

We encourage all clients to inspect your package once received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please DO NOT play with it, install or disturb the pattern of the bundles. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

If there are any discrepancy with the inches received or texture we require ALL bundle purchased with that order sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made. If The Cheveux Hair Collection makes an error on the order we will cover the shipping cost . If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange he/she will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

When you get your hair please inspect your product for anything abnormal before using, installing or altering any products.

All Sale Items or any special promotions do not qualify for any form of exchange or return.

Custom Coloring

Any custom coloring procedures we perform on behalf of a customer voids any return or exchanges. All Sales are final on all custom items this includes but is not limited to single bundles, bundle deals, wigs, and clip ins

Untraceable / Lost Packages

All packages are sent with signature confirmation. If a package cannot be tracked and has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date please wait an extra 5 business days for it to arrive or for the status online to change. Although this is very rare it can happen.  Please make certain that the shipping address listed on your order is accurate.  We do not cover lost packages.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel you order a $50.00 cancellation fee may be charge or 25% of of the order depending on the amount of the order.
